Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AnotherPlayer ("the Software"), provided by Binbox Games ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or purchasing the Software, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Software, subject to your license type:

• Free license — for personal, non-commercial use by a single user.
• Commercial license ($120 USD, one-time, perpetual) — for commercial use including studio, business, or freelance contexts.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Use the Software in a manner that exceeds the scope of your license type (e.g., commercial use under a Free license).
• Each Commercial license permits use on up to 5 devices per user. Activating on additional devices requires deactivating an existing device in Settings → My devices.
• Share, redistribute, resell, sublicense, lease, or otherwise transfer your license key to any third party.
• We may choose not to actively enforce license activation in all cases; however, this does not waive our rights to enforce against violations.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
• Use the Software for any unlawful purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

The Software, including all source code, design, content, and trademarks, is owned by Binbox Games and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BINBOX GAMES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE.

7. Termination

We may terminate your license if you materially breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Nothing in this agreement affects your statutory consumer rights under your local law. For users in the EU/EEA/UK, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply where they provide stronger rights than these Terms.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea, except where mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence provides otherwise.

10. Modifications

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date.
