Refund Policy

1. AnotherPlayer v1 is free

AnotherPlayer v1 is free for all users — personal, freelance, studio, and commercial. There is no purchase required for v1 use.

If you downloaded the Software and it does not work for you, simply stop using it; nothing was charged.

2. Donations (when available)

Once optional donation checkout launches, donations will be processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd. as Merchant of Record.

Donations are voluntary contributions to development of the Software, not a purchase of a license or a service. As gifts, donations are not generally refundable once processed. However:

• Where local consumer-protection law grants stronger statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights, those rights apply in full. We do not attempt to override mandatory law.
• If you donated and believe the transaction was unauthorized (for example, your payment method was used without your consent), contact us as soon as possible and we will work with Paddle to investigate and, if appropriate, return the funds.

To request a donation refund or report an unauthorized donation:

• Email contact@binboxgames.com with your donation order ID, OR
• Submit a refund request directly via Paddle's buyer support.

This section applies only once donation checkout has launched. If you have not made a donation, Section 2 does not apply to you.

3. Paddle as Merchant of Record (donations only)

When donation checkout launches, Paddle.com Market Ltd. will act as the Merchant of Record for AnotherPlayer donations. This means Paddle handles payment processing, invoices, refunds, chargebacks, and VAT or sales tax compliance in applicable jurisdictions. Binbox Games remains the software author and site operator.

4. Consumer protection

Your local statutory consumer rights are preserved regardless of this Refund Policy. If a mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides stronger rights, those rights apply.
