Refund policy?

We offer a 14-day unconditional refund to every customer, regardless of region — no questions asked. See Refund Policy for details.

What's the difference between Personal and Commercial?

Personal (Free) is for individual, non-commercial use by a single user. Commercial is for use in a studio, business, or freelance context, including any work performed for compensation. See Terms for full license grant.

Device limit?

Commercial licenses allow activation on up to 5 devices per user. Free is personal — single user, any device. Manage active devices in Settings → My devices within the app.

Will the price increase when v2 ships?

Your v1 Commercial license retains all v1 features for life. v2 features (planned: auto-tagging, tag search, advanced metering, DSP) are a separate offering.

When do I receive my license key?

Immediately after checkout. The key is emailed by Resend to the email address you provided to Paddle. Activate it in the app: Settings → License → Register.
